Aww yeah, it’s that time again! Tonight you will have a three vehicle garage. All three vehicles must be new and for sale in YOUR market. Here’s the catch: All three vehicles must be the absolute base models . The plebe series, the rent-a-spec, the chumpers ya’ll! No $500 floor mats, no premium paint, no larger engines than the entry model, no A/C if it isn’t standard, nothing. That means whatever the lowest priced consumer model is, that’s what you’re getting.

*Bonus Challenge: At least two of the three vehicles must be under $50k. *

Micra S, not only the cheapest model in Nissan’s lineup, and the cheapest of the Micra range, it’s also the cheapest car for sale outright in Canadaland.

Toyota 4Runner Standard Package, because secretly it’s actually a Land Cruiser Prado. I was hankering for a WorkMate 70 Series, until I remembered it was restricted to just cars for sale in your country. So, it’s descendent will do.

Rolls-Royce Ghost. The cheapest Roller. Which is like saying what the cheapest ultra-luxury VIP private jet is. It’s still fancy as all hell, and you WILL look like the fanciest motherfucker in town when you roll up in your Ghost. No lie, I’d take one over a Phantom. The Phantom is just a bit cumbersome and big for me.

I live in Britain now (jk, but let’s pretend and bend the rules a bit)

I actually don’t hate Volvo’s base halogens, they’re still way better than Acura’s disturbing insect-eye LEDs, so I’d have a base D3 V90 (with the 6 spd manual!)

Secondly, if you’re gonna have a base penalty box, why not make it Italian? Red is the standard color, how much more Alfa can you get?!

Great choices, though I heard the base engines on the Alfa is a little lacking in power. Styling makes up for it though.

Haha, yeah. It would be very Italian, though, to have to rev the engine to get anywhere, and occasionally have bits fall off and catch fire.

For a start, you need a good all-rounder.

While the Range Rover doesn’t really reach its full potential in base spec, you can get plenty with a base Land Cruiser, which is the next best thing.

When it comes to basic cars, roadsters are great. Italian option is usually the best option, so I chose an Alfa Spider S3 due to the 1.6 base engine.

The base Aston DB9 also looks the best imo, since the original design is untainted by any extra junk. So a simple 2004 DB9 is good for me.

All of these will be money pits, but they’re cool anyway.
